He begins to realise that a sinister conspiracy is at work and that powerful figures are prepared t go to any lengths to protect themselves

The Arms Merchant tells the story of a disgraced spy who finds himself hired by his ex-employor for one last last assignment. Secret Soviet military technology left over from the Cold War arms  is hidden in a remotes arms depot.  Partnering with enemies of the State, he makes a plan to recover the technology.
