JAMES MACLAREN has extensive defence and security experience, gained through time spent in military service, secure government, academia and journalism. Having held senior appointments in NATO, the UK MOD and having commanded forces on operations globally, he is well placed to comment and discuss a wide range of issues and events taking place in the world today.
