IN THE 1970s a detective investigates the murder of a young boy found on wasteland in the ruined wastes of London dockland. In doing so he realises he is confronting a powerful conspiracy that leads to the top of British society. Despite opposition from his superiors, he learns of the extent of the warped abuse of power by elites who consider themselves untouchable. Does he continue against the odds or does he accept they will stop at nothing to conceal their crime.
